The Rumshock Veterans Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation formed in the state of New York in March 2019. Our programs are intended to help veterans, after discharge, address any challenges they may face as a result of their military service; while honoring their dedication and the sacrifices they have made on behalf of our country.
Our Veterans Village is a program designed to house homeless veterans in a safe and secure community of veterans working together to establish a self sufficient community. This community will be built with tiny homes and have common areas for all to use. The cost of this program is approximately 100k annually, with an initial setup cost of approximately 250k for the land and approximately 30k per house built.
“ Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
Rumshock veterans foundation dedicates 10% of funds to our veterans children scholarship program. Two scholarships will be awarded each year.
Our temporary housing is a program designed to purchase a 2 or 3 bedroom house used to accommodate the veterans just off the streets to prepare them to move to permanent housing in the village. The cost of this program will be approximately 15k a year plus the initial cost of the house.
